Terms of service - Papotons

1. Service

Papotons is a dating / social discovery platform for adults (18+). Core features are available free of charge. We may offer an optional Premium subscription with additional benefits (e.g. verified badge, ability to hide from discovery listings while keeping a direct profile link without search indexing, and an ad-free experience when ads are enabled).

2. Payments (Paddle)

Premium is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, invoices, and applicable taxes. Your contract for the payment transaction is with Paddle; use of the Papotons site remains subject to these terms and our French Conditions d'utilisation where applicable.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the customer tools provided by Paddle where available. If Premium ends, paid features (including hide-from-search) may be disabled automatically.

4. Refunds

Refund rules are described in our refund policy (FR) and may be subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

5. Privacy

See our privacy policy (French). Paddle processes payment data as an independent processor according to its own policies.
